Strategy Review Call

We review everything together. This is where we align on direction, discuss messaging priorities, and confirm we're building toward the same vision.

Design Phase

We design your Homepage and one key secondary page first. These two pages set the visual tone and user experience for the entire site.

Feedback Loop

You review, we refine. Provide as much feedback as you need until these core pages feel exactly right. No rush, no pressure -- this is where we nail it.

Build Remaining Pages

Once the design direction is locked, we move quickly through the rest of your site. The hard decisions are already made.

Launch + Handoff

We train you on how to use and update your site, transfer full ownership, and discuss next steps. Take it in-house with confidence, or we can manage it monthly for an additional fee.

In 2020, we collaborated with Fat Toad Farm and Ayer Brook Dairy Farm to secure two North Dairy Business Innovation grants aimed at boosting brand awareness and increasing tourism. These efforts focused on showcasing Fat Toad Farm’s traditional goat’s milk caramel and creating a memorable agricultural experience that connected visitors with the farm’s unique story.

Initially handled through Sarah’s freelance company, Cowart Media, Fat Toad Farm later became a client of The Social HQ, Sarah’s first agency. This partnership laid the foundation for successful digital marketing strategies and sustainable growth for the brand.
