Competing against larger agencies in New Hampshire, Social HQ grew a strong brand, talented team, and diverse client portfolio through branding, websites, social media, video, and full-service digital marketing. The agency’s growth and proven results led to Sarah Agostino’s successful exit through a buyout in April 2024.

The Challenge

The Social HQ was born from the merger of two successful freelance businesses with a shared vision: to create a marketing agency that was different from the traditional model.

As a startup led by two female entrepreneurs, we faced the challenge of building credibility, attracting talent, and competing against larger, well-established agencies throughout New Hampshire. Beyond growing a business, we wanted to create a company culture that prioritized work-life balance, empowered creative professionals, and delivered exceptional results for clients.
