Fat Toad Farm

Since 2007, Fat Toad Farm has been perfecting the art of goat's milk caramel making, focusing on traditional cooking methods and using fresh, simple, all-natural ingredients. In 2020, Sarah and her former company were introduced to Calley, a prior owner of Fat Toad Farm, to assist with marketing initiatives. What began as help with content creation and posting soon evolved into a larger project, marking a pivotal moment in Sarah's career as she began assisting other companies in applying for grant funding to cover marketing costs.

The Project

Over two years, Sarah and her previous agency worked with Fat Toad Farm to grow their brand and drive awareness of their caramel-making process “from goat to jar.” The project’s scope included:

  • Website Development

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Videography & Photography (Farm, Food, Packaging, and Drone)

  • Social Media Management

  • Email Marketing

  • Graphic Design

Grant Funding Success ($20,000)

Sarah assisted Calley in applying for the Multi-Business Dairy Agritourism Grant, securing $10,000 in funding. The grant project included the development of:

  • A dedicated landing page

  • A suite of high-quality farm and product photographs

  • A virtual tour showcasing the farm's operations (despite a few uncooperative goats!)

  • The previous grant was $10,000 for other marketing initiatives

The Outcome

Fat Toad Farm continued working with Sarah’s agency until 2022 when the business was sold to new owners (Butterfly Bakery). The collaboration not only helped expand Fat Toad Farm’s reach but also inspired Sarah to assist other businesses in obtaining grant funding for marketing projects.

In 2020, Sarah's previous company, Cowart Media, was introduced to Calley, a prior owner of Fat Toad Farm, to assist with marketing initiatives. At this time, The Social HQ was being built, and Fat Toad Farm became one of the first projects for this joint agency. Cowart was Sarah's maiden name. 

Visual Story Telling

To bring Fat Toad Farm’s vision to life, the agency acted as the strategic director, orchestrating a team of specialized contractors to ensure every element of the project aligned with the brand’s story and goals. The agency developed the overall strategy, created a detailed mood board, and led the creative process to guarantee a cohesive experience across all deliverables.

We partnered with other creative agencies. While each contractor brought their unique talents to the table, our agency provided the vision, coordination, and creative direction that brought everything together.
